HDAA Volunteer Wall of Honor

Volunteers are the backbone of HDAA. Our website content comes almost exclusively from members -- you'll find their names throughout our recording and presentation archives, too many to list on a single page. Here's a short list of especially engaged volunteers who keep us in operation and focused on the HDAA mission.

Community Advisory Council

In 2023, HDAA Operations started an advisory group to help guide and monitor our membership programs and help brainstorm other member activities. In support of the program, Elissa Malcolm, Director, Quality Analytics, Dartmouth Health has agreed to serve as co-chair along with Eric Anderson, HDAA Executive Director. Elissa has supported this program since its inception along with participation on the Conference Presentation Committee, panels for the Student Insight series and other programs.

SIGs have always been instrumental in providing year-round education and information sharing in both focused and general areas. To that end, we would like to refresh the group with current SIG chairs. It is called the Community Advisory Council. Below is a brief overview of what participation may look like.

Purpose:

  • Innovate new and evolve existing HDAA program offerings, paying respect to our culture and history.
  • Making sure HDAA programs meet the needs of its members.
  • Making sure initiatives are sustainable.
  • Ensure programming incorporates diversity, equity and inclusion
  • Identify opportunities for volunteering.

 Scope:

  • All our programs such as SIGs, Town Halls, HDAA Insights and Annual Conference.
  • Intersection of healthcare analytics and related fields.
